Challenge
As the portfolio of residential projects grew, the brand needed a flexible, scalable identity system that could support multiple project-level brands while maintaining strong alignment with the master brand across digital and communication channels.
Solution
As Senior Brand & Visual Designer (in-house), I led the rebranding strategy, art direction, and visual system development, including the creation of multiple sub-brands for individual residential projects. Each identity was designed to align with the master brand while expressing a distinct character across branding, digital, and communication touchpoints.
